For those of you who have happened on this page by accident, herpetology is the study of Reptiles and Amphibians. It is a subject which is fascinating as both a profession or a hobby.

My own interests within Herpetology are twofold - captive breeding of various species of lizard and a few chelonians (tortoises, turtles etc.) and amphibians AND active conservation of the UK's rarer species - in particular the Sand Lizard (Lacerta agilis).

From here you can gain access to more pages telling you a little more about my collection and work together with some photographs which I trust you will enjoy.
